Spectral is proud to announce that Frits Rasing, our current Finance Director, has been appointed our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With 20 years of experience in finance and an outstanding track record, Frits brings valuable experience to his new role. As Spectral’s CFO, Frits’ leadership skills and financial acumen are an extremely valuable asset to Spectral’s leadership team as the company grows rapidly with over 75 international employees to date.
Frits states, “We have come a long way since last August. Financial administration has been restructured and insourced. And we have created a finance team with the right skills to professionalize internal and external reporting. The next step is to be the business partner of management and colleagues from all other parts of Spectral.”
Frits’ appointment as CFO is an important milestone for both him and Spectral. Already part of the leadership team, Frits continues to work with management team Spectralites Philip Gladek (Co-Founder & CEO), Tom Westra (Co-Founder & CCO), Hans Mart Groen (Strategic Advisor), and Andrea Lamelas Puga (COO).
