At the real estate trade fair PROVADA, RAI Amsterdam and Spectral announce their collaboration on deploying an advanced energy management platform. This platform not only lays the foundation for a flexible energy system but also smartly integrates technology, data, and sustainability.
The BRIGHTER platform provides clear insight into energy flows within the RAI complex. It continuously optimizes building installations using algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI). This approach, known as continuous commissioning, ensures optimal performance and round-the-clock energy savings.
The platform also allows for the integration of other energy assets, such as batteries, EV chargers, and solar panels. This enables the system to scale with future expansions and supports the development of a local smart grid.
