BRIGHTER is Spectral’s software platform for energy and sustainability management in commercial real estate. It leverages real-time data and AI to reduce energy waste, optimize HVAC systems, and improve building comfort—while supporting ESG goals and regulatory compliance.
Deployed in over 1,800 buildings, BRIGHTER clients achieve an average 28% reduction in annual energy use and have already saved more than 2,450 tons of CO₂ emissions.
