As Spectralites, we are united in our mission to rapidly transform the global energy system towards a fundamentally sustainable state. And despite improvements in building efficiency standards, many modern buildings waste vast amounts of energy due to suboptimal control of climate systems and a lack of data visibility. These are some of the exciting challenges that our team is working on solving every day. By developing and deploying next-generation tech platforms, we propel the transformation of the real estate and energy sectors – making assets more connected, sustainable, and valuable.
Our journey began in 2015 when we spun off from our sister company, Metabolic. Over the years, we have grown exponentially, both in terms of impact and numbers.
